Thank you for shopping at Bamboo Buddy. We are here to ensure that your experience is perfect.
Just pick the product you’d like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out. You can add all the accessories that you require and nominate delivery address or depot pick up during the checkout process. You can pay by credit or with debit card (Visa or MasterCard). If you have any questions you can contact us via email through the Contact Us page or you can also call us on 1300 816 432. You can also place your order through the phone and pay by card.
We offer the service to have a range of reload packs sent out to you on a 3-monthly subscription. Once you have chosen the pack for you, the first reload pack will be sent out immediately. Then we will continue to automatically send you reloads every 3 months. We will securely store your payment details and then use this in 3 months to take payment. You can modify or change your subscriptions anytime prior to the next scheduled dispatch in the Account area of the website.
The only available currency for payment on this site is Australian Dollars, AU$ and includes GST of 10%. All prices displayed on Bamboo Buddy are in Australian Dollars and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

Payments Security Policy
When purchasing from Bamboo Buddy your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology using the world-renown Stripe to handle our payments. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information. Due to the hygienic nature of the products that we sell here at Bamboo Buddy, we are unable to offer a refund if you have changed your mind, misused, or incorrectly stored the product, or if it does not feel right for you. This is regardless of whether the product has been opened or not. We understand that everyone’s mouths are different and so not every product will be appropriate for every mouth. We have put as much information about each product on the website to help you ensure that you purchase the right product for you.
An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled.
You must take the time to inspect the goods before using them. If you suspect the products are damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately to arrange return/replacement of the damaged goods. This must be done within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
We encourage you to use your product within 10 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any problems. If you think your product is defective, don't worry. Please take photos and please Contact Us so we can arrange either your choice of a replacement or refund.
In the event that the incorrect item is delivered, please take photos of what you have received and Contact Us so we can arrange and coordinate either your choice of replacement or refund.
Some of our reusable products come with a limited warranty. Incorrect storage (especially high moisture) and incorrect usage will invalidate this warranty. Tongue Cleaner: 12 months, Eco-Floss dispenser only: 12 months. Remember items like toothbrushes should be replaced every 2-3 months as they will deteriorate in performance over this period. Certain products like the bamboo floss picks and silk floss may be rinsed, dried and re-used until they break. This may happen after a single use or multiple uses depending upon the tightness of the contacts in your mouth.
