How to use your Tongue Cleaner

Here's a quick useful video to help you use your Tongue Cleaner. 

Your Bamboo Buddy Hygiene Pack would've come with one of these which is a tongue scraper. To use it, simply put its on your tongue, press lightly, and pull down in that action. After each swipe, you can rinse out any plaque or build up on there, and probably you need to do it about two or three times just to cover all the surfaces of the tongue. If your tongue is getting sore when you're using it, then that means you're pushing too hard. And do this once a day to maintain a good, fresh, healthy tongue.
