Just pick the product you’d like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out. You can add all the accessories that you require and nominate delivery address or depot pick up during the check out process. You can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).  If you have any questions you can contact us via email through the Contact Us page or you can also call us on 1300 816432. You can also place your order through the phone and pay by credit card. Your transaction on your statement will be displayed as Kaderis Pty Ltd.


The only available currency for payment on this site is Australian Dollars, A$. All prices displayed on Bamboo Buddy are in Australian Dollars and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

We kindly ask that if you are in WA, then please support and purchase from our local stockists.

If you're elsewhere in Australia, we're happy to ship to you. Free shipping on orders over $50 within Australia. $9.95 flat rate for all other amounts. Not available for international shipping.

Payments Security Policy

When purchasing from Bamboo Buddy your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information. Returns Policy

At Bamboo buddy, we want to ensure that you are really happy with your purchase! If you're not, please let us know! Unfortunately, due to the hygienic nature of these products, we cannot accept returns if opened. 


Return Authorisation Code Required

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorisation Code (RAC). Please contact our customer service centre via email at to obtain a RAC. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable and neither is cost of return back shipping to us.  

Change Of Mind Returns

It is important to note that Consumer Guarantees do not apply if you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it, so please check the product listing carefully at the time of purchase. 

Cancelled Orders

An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.

Incorrect or damaged Item

In the event that the incorrect or damaged item is delivered, please Contact Us so we can arrange and coordinate either your choice of replacement or refund.  

Used Products

Products that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene risk reasons.
